NapoliExpress was founded by longtime Aspen-area restaurant veterans with a passion for bringing true Neapolitan pizza to the Rocky Mountains. With over 40 years of combined experience operating successful local eateries, owners [Vladan Djordjevic and Mladen Todorovic] bring their expertise and love of Italian cuisine to this authentic pizza concept.

Every NapoliExpress pizza starts with imported Italian doppio zero flour, combined with our proprietary yeast culture and naturally rising dough. We then bake each pie in our state-of-the-art electric Pizza Master high temperature oven to achieve that perfect, lightly charred and crispy Neapolitan crust.  

Our ovens reach the crucial 900°F+ temperatures required for genuine Neapolitan-style pizza. We top it all off with fresh meats, veggies, cheeses and NapoliExpress’ signature tomato sauce made from vine-ripened plum tomatoes.

Imported Italian Flour

We use only Caputo 00 flour imported from Naples – the same finely ground flour used by authentic Neapolitan pizzerias. This special flour helps create our signature light, crispy and slightly chewy crusts.

900°F Electric Oven

Our state-of-the-art electric Pizza Master oven reaches blistering temperatures over 900°F, replicating the wood-fired heat of true Neapolitan pizza ovens. This intense heat gives our pies the perfect lightly charred crust.

Signature Tomato Sauce

Our tomato sauce starts with plum tomatoes imported from Italy. We cook them down with olive oil, garlic and simple herbs to let the natural sweetness shine through for a taste of Naples.

Expertly Trained Pizzaiolos

Our pizza makers have undergone extensive training in the traditions of authentic Neapolitan pizza making. From dough stretching to oven management, they are certified experts in this centuries-old craft.

Proprietary Yeast Culture
